EdwiserCloud (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”), operated by Edwiser, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and the agency you belong to. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
  • Usage data: the sites you create, provisioning and deployment activity, and how you interact with the dashboard.
  • Site & infrastructure data: domains, server details, backups, and configuration for the WordPress and Moodle sites you provision through the Service.
  • Payment information: billing details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To authenticate your identity and manage your account and agency.
  • To provision, host, and operate your WordPress and Moodle sites.
  • To process subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g. email verification, password reset, and billing notices).
  • To monitor the health and security of your sites and to improve the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services, each operating under its own privacy policy:

  • Google OAuth — for authentication.
  • Stripe — for payment processing.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers (such as Vultr and AWS) — to host and run the sites you provision.
  • SendGrid — for transactional emails.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and sensitive credentials and API tokens are encrypted at rest.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and data.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
